Steyvan William Vaughn-Ray and George Lunar Mars Vaughn-Ray here! We are the founders of Vaughn-Ray Customs.
Here at Vaughn-Ray Customs, we are a 3 people team! Aimee Harvey, based in Kent in England (you have already met her), our money handler and burner and also designer. Then you have Us two. a Husband Duo that, well, can be kooky! We, the husband duo, are based in Cornwall, The Lizard (amazing place) and we are designers and burners.
We personalise wooden products, such as; Boxes to Plaques and tags to small decorations! We can attempt anything, but, If not, we will know someone who can.
To help shipping costs, around the uk, we have 2 locations . Cornwall and Kent. However, we can ship world wide, depending on the product chosen.
Every product is hand burned! And not by a machine. So no two products are the same. However, depending on the design, it does depend on the turnaround and time burning. so please keep that in mind when ordering. so for example, a large box could take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the design. So, as we said, please keep that in mind.
We also require upfront payment. Due to the size of some of our products, we do buy when it is ordered. sometimes, it is just not possible for us to keep it in stock if its not ordered for a while. So for example, you pay us, we buy the box and then burn it that way. For a little bit extra charge, we can use glitter, paint and small embellishments! As said, this may incur in an extra charge, just to make sure we can get it done.
Designs are £5 each, all done with a high res PDF and JPEG Image.
Along with all this, you will have a completely 1-1 bespoke service depending on location or availability. Due to not all designs being the same, we are able to have one to one person dealing with you. So for example, you have a peter rabbit design to do. We would put you to Aimee! Our resident Beatrix Potter freak! Just be warned, she may sprout out many, many… many useless facts about the amazing author. If it was say, a more complex design, it would be One of us handling it.
